Liyi Tianbang Building Material Co.LTD is a new high-tech building material enterprise mainly relying on the production of wood-fiber reinforced gypsum board.It was granted a new high-tech enterprise by Shandong provincial Science and Technology bureau in December 2006.At the same year,Tianbang won Chinas building materials industry "famous enterprises" title, while its products won Chinas building materials industry "famous brand" title. Based on introducing the complete set of equipment from Germany, after experts’ demonsration for many times, Tianbang designed such a production line integrated automation and mechanization by combining with practical experiences. The enterprise has now owned 6 patents; wood-fiber reinforced gypsum board production line (it has passed audition by experts, the conclusion is: domestic innovation, filling the domestic blank, its products have reached international superior level)、wood-fiber reinforced gypsum board、all-purpose joint adhesive for construction、joint T shape fixing strip、joint L shape and no-waste production machnism. The total assets of the enterprise is nearly 50 millions. Its area is up to 36000m2 ,including 2200m2 building space.Its annual production is 3000000m2，sizing 6—35mm .There are 86 crafts, containing 62 graduates and 27 technical people in the enterprise. The enterprise had researched and developed a series of product, such as vermiculite board、glass—fiber board、perlite board、colorful wood—fiber reinforced gypsum board、calcium sulfate soundproof and firproof art board and such relative series products as Tianbang—brand all—purpose adhesive and joint fixing strip for construction. .They are mainly used as light partition panel、firproof wall、soundproof wall、internal warming plate of external wall、light veneer wall、anti—static insulating floor.etc. Their performance is firproof、sound insulation、warm keeping 、waterproof 、moisture absorption and environment—pretection .
Located in the downtown area of Linyi, the enterprise has superior geographical environment. western is Beijing—shanghai express way, northern is railway, eastern is Linyi airport. It is near to qingdao port、rizhao port、lianyungang port, which forms a convenient triffic net.
